Monthly plan: Beginning of each month.
Subscription boxes are shipped at the beginning of each month. One-off purchases are shipped within 1-2 days.
Once shipped, UK orders should be delivered within 2-3 business days. You'll be emailed a link to track your parcel once it has shipped.

We are a small business and mostly ship within the UK. Postage for subscription boxes to a UK address is £3.55. All orders are sent by a Royal Mail 48 tracked service.
We do ship to the USA as part of our USA Subscription. We ship two boxes in one package to keep costs down as much as possible. Shipping is £20.20 sent by Royal Mail International Tracked.

Typically, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Every box is hand-packed with love, though we understand that sometimes products might not live up to our expectations for reasons outside of our control. Please email hello@nibbleandglow.co.uk so we can try to help arrange replacement(s).

All our treats are suitable for a vegan diet. We endeavour to use vegan companies and plant-based products. However, as they are outsourced, we cannot guarantee they are free from allergens nor 100% ‘ethically vegan’ companies. Do read the labels before consumption.
